Snow Damage

I have a decorative bamboo bush that had some limbs bent over by the snow. They have a large group of berries, which added to the weight of the snow. The branches are alive. My question is whether to tie them up to the remaining branches or should I cut them off?

Either solution would be fine. Which you use depends largely on how you want the plant to look.
