Small Peach Tree Recently Planted

Live in Kansas. I got this tree 3 weeks ago and it was looking good. Now the leaves are falling and the limbs are turning red purple. Is this a problem or just the season?

Sometimes when you plant new trees or plants, they go into “shock” it stops growing and loses leaves. I think you should look up ways on how to care for it now that its in shock.
