Small Leaves, Small Peaches

Last year we had a good crop of peaches on our backyard peach tree, but after the brutal cold weather we had and high winds that caused a lot of branches to be broken, we cut them off. Now this season so far, we have very small peaches that are falling off and very small leaves compared to before. What should we do?

I would give the tree some fertilizer high in nitrogen. This will help encourage it to produce more foliage so that it has more energy for the fruit. Also, increase watering and once foliage growth improves, you can add some phosphorus-rich fertilizer or bone meal to the soil to increase fruit production.
