sky pencil holly & flies

Question

I have 2 immature sky pencil hollies in my back yard. I noticed over the past few weeks that they are both infested with flies. How can I get rid of the flies?

The flies may be attracted to honeydew, which is the secretions of other pests.
Inspect the Holly to see if you can identify the issue.
You can treat the Hollies with Neem Oil.
