Feeding Pot Rose

I am from India. Please explain how can I grow my pot rose. I mean to say rose chemical feeding for root growth formula. The weather is 3 month winter and other months are summer.

For feeding the rosebush, use approximately 1/3 the amount listed on the rose food of choice that is called for when feeding the roses outdoors in a rose bed or garden, in most containers.
