silver mound Artemisia

I have some silver mound artemisia, speedwell and euphorbia planted in a bed on the south side of my house, which gets the full sun all day. There was a bush that was at that end of the bed that shaded just the area where the artemisia and speedwell are planted in the late afternoon. The artemisia and speedwell are growing at an angle with the top of the plant pointing to the south instead in a round mound or straight up. It kind of looks like something was maybe laying on them but there are no broken stems. The euphorbia is standing up but is separating in the center; however, there are some broken parts in the middle so something might have laid in it. We also had a mild winter and went into some extremely hot weather in spring. I not sure how if I can cut back the plants to start them over at this time or what I should do to make them stand up or grow correctly. What would you suggest trying? Thank you
