Q.Silver Dollar Gum Tree Pests

Anonymous added on July 11, 2011 | Answered

My daughter’s silver dollar gum tree has large crescent shaped sections of the leaves eaten out by something. What could be eating these leaves, and what can she do to stop the damage? We live in Las Vegas.

Since any number of things can attribute to this, I would recommend treating the tree with neem oil. It will kill both pests and any fungus on the tree. Here is more information: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/plant-problems/pests/pesticides/neem-oil-uses.htm
