Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comI would like to know what’s wrong with my plants. I walked out into my container garden today and there were major spots and damages that were not there the day before. The weather is warm (up to the 90s and down to the 70s at night) and no rain has fallen in a while.
The first picture is Straight 8 cucumber leaves in a self watering container. Obvious white and brown spotting on leaves. No insect damage that I could see.
Second picture is from Brandywine tomatoes. Brown spots appeared on upper and mid leaves, smallish brown spots with darker brown around the edge.
Can either of these problems be treated or are these plants toast?

Hello,
Thank you for sending us your gardening question.
The cucumber appears to have powdery mildew, and the climate conditions that you describe would fit. This article may be of interest to you:

The tomato leaves it appears to be sunburn or a leaf fungal disease:

For both issues you should be able to control the disorder with the help of the information in the articles.
Please let us know if you have any other gardening questions and happy gardening!
Thanks
