Sick Tree

I have 2 Filicium decipiens (Japanese fern trees). One of them is turning yellow while the other is beautiful and green. What’s wrong? What do I do to save my tree?

Chlorosis (yellowing) is common in these plants and is often the result of an iron deficiency, but may be attributed to unseasonably cooler temps as well. Here is more information: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/plant-problems/environmental/leaf-chlorosis-and-iron.htm ^[1]
