I bought 2 oleander plants last year and my son’s overwintered well (more sheltered than me) but mine is looking very sad. The leaves look brown and not a healthy green. My son kept his in a pot and I planted mine in the garden. Both left out for the winter and we only live 8 miles apart, I don’t think its leaf scorch but more likely to be frost damage. Can I save it please?
