It looks like it needs to be cut back and fertilized if you have not fertilized in the last couple of months.

Leaves will turn yellow if it is overwatered, so be careful with watering. Let the top of the soil dry to the touch before watering again. Verticillium wilt has similar symptoms, too. These articles should help:
