Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comI planted a shrimp plant in 2015 where it gets morning to early afternoon sun). The year I planted it, it did great. Last year it grew beautifully but only had a couple of blooms in the fall. It died back in February during a severe cold snap. It grew back in the spring and has grown to 3 feet tall and wide, has great foliage but no blooms. How can I get it to bloom. It looks like it is thriving, just not blooming. I’ve poured an all purpose fertilizer on the ground around it once in the spring.

The Shrimp Plant needs well-drained soil, outdoors in summer, water 1-2 times a week. In winter, keep the soil damp – never let plants dry out completely.
Make sure the plant is receiving adequate sunlight.
Water with a solution of liquid plant food throughout the warmer months. If plants flower during the winter months, cut the amount of feed in half – or cut out completely.
