The flowers of my mandevilla drop off naturally. Should they be pinched back?

Yes, mandevilla’s bloom on new growth, so regularly pinching tips off encourages additional blooms and a bushier plant. To pinch your mandevilla vine, simply use your fingers to pinch off 1/4 to 1/2 inch off the end of each stem.
