Should I Water Plumeria Before Forcing Dormancy In Garage?

Plumeria is currently dry but looks healthy. Should I just put in garage and wait til spring to water? Does it get watered now?

It still needs care, as if it were growing. Just, at a slower pace. Please refer to the articles sent with the last answer, as they will contain much needed information for wintering, and general care for the plant. I will paste them again, just in case.

I am Such a beginner. Just want to know one step. I have brought inside and want to encourage dormancy. Plant currently looks good. What should I do?
