Should I remove white fungus from seedling soil or replant?

I am a first year gardener attempting tomato and pepper seedlings in my basement under fluorescent lights. My seedlings have sprouted but so has white fungus on top of soil and on seed pots. I have removed the plastic cover for more air circulation. Should I remove the fungus or consider replanting the seedlings? I read the “fan” tip but is that enough?

As long as the fungus has not affected the seedlings, there is no reason to repot. The fan will be enough and it will die off pretty quick once the surface humidity is brought down. As an extra precaution, you can also treat the soil with a fungicide. That will also clear it up.
