Should I pull the flowers off the Christmas cactus

Should I pull the flowers off the Christmas cactus after they die? Some of the flowers are done now and are starting to fall off. I don’t want to harm the plant. What happens next?

After the Christmas Cactus blooms, is an excellent time to trim back the plant. This will encourage new branching and a fuller

healthier plant. The good news is you can start new plants with the cuttings.

Here is a link to how to properly remove those spent blossom sections.
