Q.Should I Prune Off The Flowering Stem After Its Flowers R Gone?
How should i prune it?

It depends on the type of orchid. The most common is Phalaenopsis, which is probably what you have. There are different schools of thought, but generally you can leave the stem because it may bloom again. To refresh, cut the stem just below where the first flower was. You can cut off dried brown stems at the base of the plant.
