Q.Should I Prune My Polka Dot Begonia?
I’ve had this begonia since January. When I first got it, it was in rough shape with browned leaves and a broken stem. Now it’s growing new leaves weekly and some are very clustered together. I’m wondering if I should prune any or if the plant is okay like this.

I wouldn't. It is just now recovering, so you don't want to send it back into shock.
Wait until it gets too lanky, then you can prune it.
