Q.Should I fill the large holes in my pecan trees?

Zone Seguin Texas | donna.aupperle added on June 27, 2015 | Answered

Several of my mature pecan trees have large holes that collect water inside. I am concerned about them rotting and falling. Do I need to worry about this? If I should fill the holes, what do I fill them with and how?

In this case I would recommend having the trees looked at by a professional Arborist.
