Should I Allow My Mexican Tarragon Plant To Flower?

I am concerned the the flavor of the leaves will change once the plant flowers.

I checked several sources and none of them said it would lose flavor if allowed to bloom. In fact they all heralded the marigold-like flowers, which are also edible. One did say drying or heat would diminish the flavor.
