Q.Should Clematis Be Dead-headed?

Zone 7a | Rose Pellechia added on June 28, 2020 | Answered

My clematis looks like it’s resting. Still green but only little stars all over. Should I cut off the stars?

Yes, you can deadhead the stars, those will turn into seeds (unless it's a sterile hybrid). Or just wait till you do your yearly pruning.
