Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comI planted my Siberian Iris in 1986. They have been producing fewer and fewer flowers for the past 5 years. This year there were only 8 blooms on quite a large patch. I want to plant new ones this fall. Should I remove the old bulbs? Thank you. Linda Velleco
