Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comMy tree (Tree 1) appears to have the shot hole, but don’t know for sure. Would the bark be coming off of the tree too? It just now showed up on the tree. We have had lots of rain, and then cold and then rain and cold. I live in Ottawa, Kansas. Plus, would like to know the name of the tree. (Tree 2 picture) What kind of tree is it with the flowers on it?

We did not receive the image of the tree in question.
The image above appears to be a Chokeberry.
