Shade Plants

I have a shady area on my western side of the house, which is shaded by trees. I’m looking for evergreen shrubs that bloom and would be good along the house. If not shrubs, other evergreen plants would work as well. I live in north San Antonio.

Yew and boxwoods might be a good choice, as well as azalea and rhododendron. You can read about them in this article: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/ornamental/shrubs/shgen/shade-loving-shrubs.htm [1]
