Shade loving flowering vines zone 8, Shallotte,N.C.

Question

Would like to cover a split rail fence with flowering vines. Different types, different colors. Have an issue with deer coming in the yard and munching. Temp went to 16 a few nights last winter. Also fast growing. I have a lot of wants — I hope you can help in choice and where to purchase local or mail order.

PS: Two hours morning sun, Three hours late afternoon sun.
