Septoria Leaf Spot on Tomato Leaf

I guess my Tomato plants have these Septoria Leaf Spots. Is there an organic solution out there to rescue the plant?

You can try a fungicide. I personally like neem oil as it is organic and does double duty as a pesticide. Here is more information on it:
