Q.Sago Palm
Our Sago palm is approx. 10 years old. The branches are neatly trimmed up approx. 1 foot from the ground and looks great. My problem is the branches growing up from underneath it. Maybe they are branching from the roots. Is there a way to prevent these?

It sounds as if your palm has either grown pups or become a multi headed Sago Palm.
