How do I kill canvass in flower beds without also killing bulbs and perennials?

Unfortunately, the only option will be hand picking. If this is not an option, then you will have to dig everything up during dormancy, and apply boiling water to the area. After, you will cover with plastic to heat the ground up and kill off any weeds. You can then put everything back in the ground after.
