Where can I purchase this weevil larvae? It’s a larvae that eats scotch broom seeds.

I did not see seed weevil on the list, but there are places listed here you can contact to make an inquiry. The use of seed weevil against scotch broom is still in the experimental phase, so I would advise pursuing other measures to combat scotch broom, as discussed in the following article:
