Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comSeveral of my Scotch Brooms have large sections of dark brown stalks amongst the green budding stalks. Should I prune the non-budding stalks or leave them? One of them has absolutely no budding stalks – is this one dead?
