My sago palm has bulbs that are growing branches. Can I separate them into other pots?

Those "bulbs" are called pups, and they are baby sagos. They can be removed from the parent and used to make more trees. This article give you information on that: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/ornamental/trees/palms-trees/propagate-palm-pups.htm
