Salt water tolerant plants

I get lots of salt water tides in my area of Virginia. I would like to plant directly in the yard, plants, trees, flowers that require little care. If you have suggestions I would appreciate your advice. Thank You.

Check out this resource on salt tolerant plants. It is for Pender County. If you live in another part of VA, check the Cooperative Extension Service for your county. https://www.ces.ncsu.edu/files/library/71/Salt%20Tolerant%20Plants.pdf [1]
