Sago Palms. How Big Will It Get?

4-5 years ago planted a sago palm in a quarter circle bed by mailbox. It is now about 3. 5 feet tall and 4 feet diameter, which means it will be blocking the mail box in another couple years. Can it be trimmed back?

Sago palms do not respond well to pruning. I am afraid there is not much that can be done to reduce their size. However, if you would like to give it a try, this article will help: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/ornamental/trees/sago-palm/prune-sago-palm.htm [1]
