Sago Palm Pups

Question

We have a sago palm that is growing two pups from the very top. We had a hard freeze and every sago around had all the leaves frozen. The leaves turned brown, so we cut all of them off. Now, the leaves are growing back. But this one has two heads. This happened last year, also. Everything grew back and they are growing back this year. What do we do about the two pups at the top though?
