Q.Sago Palm leaf gap

Anonymous added on July 29, 2015 | Answered

I pruned a layer off my sago and then I got approx. a 6-inch base growth above bottom layers then another sprout which is yellowing. I have never seen a gap in the leaves like this on the base. Maybe there is something wrong?

I don't think there is anything wrong with the spacing of the leaves.
Yellowing of leaves does indicate a watering issue, to much or to little.
