Sago Palm

Question

We have 2 LARGE Sago Palms in the lobby of our resort. Both have been in the lobby for a couple of years. The one has developed a problem with the tips of the leaves turning brown and dying. Both are watered the same. Also, is it alright to use Miracle Grow on them? If not, please tell us the correct fertilizer to use. Thank you for your help.
