Q.Sago Palm
I’m in zone8a at the moment. Just wondering what I should do about these yellow leaves on my Sago? It’s in a pot in the ground.

This has two likely causes. I do notice wet soil, there. Both plants that I see are very drought resistant and will appreciate dry conditions.
The other possibility is that it has a potassium deficiency. I don't see that indication with your snake plants, though. Test for nutrient deficiencies and provide perfect conditions for it, and any new growth will start to come out green again. Just don't expect the old fronds to recover.
