Q.Sago Palm
I have a sago palm. About a month ago it had a shoot come out of the ball and grew fast. It is taller than the plant and has little, I thought was leaves, but they have not opened. Should I cut it off? I love my plant and do not want to do anything wrong!

This is normal behavior for the sago palm. It is producing a new batch of leaves which will develop slowly and eventually open. Either that or it is producing its reproductive structure (similar to a fruit), which will look like a large pinecone when full grown.
