Q.sago cone

Anonymous added on June 5, 2015 | Answered

The male cone on my sago (cycad) has grown and grown. Now it is thin at the bottom and starting to tip toward the side rather than straight up. What is going to happen next? Will it fall off? Should I do anything? Thank you!

While you have the option of leaving it as is, this can be cut off and will not harm the plant.
