I have three sage bushes about 3 feet tall. They have outgrown the bed they are in. Can I transplant them to another site?

Yes, you can. This is often accomplished in spring, so now would be the time to do it, provided the threat of frost has ceased in your area. Make sure to get as much soil with the plants as possible to reduce shock.
