Q.Rue

Anonymous added on March 24, 2014 | Answered

All the rue I have has gone a nasty brown. Should I cut out the brown bits and let the green bits grow? It has been there for several years and usually gives no trouble. Would it like some compost/manure? Thank you very much for your help.

Yes, you can cut off the dead or brown growth to allow the new growth to come through. This article will also help with growing rue plants: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/edible/herbs/rue/growing-rue-herb.htm
