Rubber Tree Plants Outside

Can I move a previous inside rubber tree plant received from a florist to the outside permanently?

Rubber trees are only hardy to 30F. If it gets colder than that where you live, the tree cannot not be planted outside permanently. You can keep it outside in a container in the summer though.
