rubber tree plant leaf fall

We have a large rubber plant – 12 ft tall. This year the leaves started falling off. I have looked at the leaves and can find no bugs. However, some of the leaves appear to have holes. Can you help? Thanks.

Most holes in leaves are caused by insects. Some are tiny and difficult to see. You may want to treat the plant with neem oil, as this organic insecticide/funigicide will take care of most insect pests.
