Rubber tree leaves pockmarked

Just bought a nice plant 3 weeks ago. Yesterday I saw the leaves are pockmarked.

I suspect you have some type of insect infestation, most likely spider mites. More information on spider mites can be found at the following links:

You can treat a spider mite infestation with with an insecticidal oil, like neem oil, a horticultural oil or a dormant oil.
