Rubber tree help

I received a rubber tree in February. Some of the leaves are brown at both ends, then fall off. Some are brown throughout the leaf with a yellow tinge. Plant is in indirect sunlight. Should I cut off all the brown leaves and, if so, where should I cut?

Your plant may not be getting enough light. Bright but indirect is recommended.

Your plant may be getting to much water.
