I have a rubber plant, but I find the leaves grow at the top only. What do you suggest in order to have a full healthy plant?

You can cut the top of the plant to encourage branching. Here is more information on pruning rubber plants: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/houseplants/rubber-tree/prune-rubber-tree.htm
