Rhubarb Plants, Full Sun

Do rhubarb plants need full sun? I have one that is in partial sun, but it comes up small. . . 3-4 small stalks and leaves for the past 3 years. What does it need?

I have the same problem. My sister has one that is in full sun all day & is very warm where it’s at. She waters moderatly too. I think if you moved it in full sun, it should fix the problem. Maybe put it in a large barrel so it doesn’t take over.
