rot on peppers

I grow several pepper plants in my greenhouse and although they seem really healthy and are producing plenty of fruits, quite a few are rotting off for no apparent reason and some are getting a black tinge that is spreading down the peppers. I was wondering if you could shed any light on what the problem might be and any solution would be very much appreciated.

If the black is on the top or side of the fruit, then it is likely sunscald and is from too much direct sunlight. A simple shade will help stop it. If it is on the bottom of the fruit, then it is blossom end rot. This article will help with that: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/edible/vegetables/pepper/pepper-blossom-end-rot.htm [1]
