If it has turned hot where you live, they could be dealing with some heat stress. Prune off the old blooms, water with some water that has both a product called Super Thrive and root stimulator in it. Use such watering mix the next three to four times they need watering. Give the rosebushes a feeding with a good organic or organic based rose fertilizer. The organics help build up the soils home for the roses thus making the top part of the rose look its best.
