Roses

How help my roses? I have three plants and two have a problem with the third beginning to have a problem. Can I use some pesticide? Please, I need your help. This is the first time that I have roses.

I am not sure if you have a product called Bayer Tree and Shrub where you are located. But it is a systemic product that will take care of this situation. If you do not have the Bayer product, look for a systemic insecticide to apply to them.
